Description & Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Talent Acquisition Officer to support our growing engineering and construction business. This role will focus heavily on campus recruitment initiatives, employer branding, and day-to-day hiring for Engineers and technical professionals.
The ideal candidate is highly people-oriented, proactive, and interested in leveraging AI and innovative recruitment tools to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support campus recruitment activities including career fairs, campus talks, internship and graduate hiring programs;
  • Build partnerships with universities, student organizations, and career centers;
  • Promote employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns;
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and technical positions;
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for suitable candidates;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and manpower priorities;
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
  • Support onboarding and recruitment administration activities;
  • Maintain recruitment database, reports, and hiring records;
  • Explore AI recruitment tools and innovative sourcing channels;
  • Support recruitment process improvement and digitalization initiatives;
  • Participate in HR projects and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related disciplines;
  • 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably with exposure to engineering, construction, technical, or high-volume hiring;
  • Proven experience in campus recruitment activities is highly preferred;
  • Passionate about talent engagement, employer branding, and recruitment innovation;
  • Strong interest in AI recruiting tools, digital hiring solutions, and recruitment technologies;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders at different levels;
  • Proactive, organized, fast-paced, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities;
  • Strong team player with positive attitude and growth mindset;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment platforms;
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
